Provincial Credit Union is proud to announce that we have received recognition as one of “Canada’s Top 100 Employers” and a “Great Place to Work” for 2025.

Canada's Top 100 Employers

Canada’s Top 100 Employers is an editorial competition in its 25th year that recognizes businesses with exceptional human resource programs and forward-thinking work policies. This is Provincial Credit Union's (PCU) second consecutive year on the Top 100 list, with the parental leave top-up policy, vacation policies, and additional personal paid time off given special mention.

Provincial Credit Union is the only PEI business to make the list for 2025.

PCU is proud to be recognized for the culture it has fostered through initiatives like the Pay it Forward campaign, where staff are provided with $60 to donate to a charity of their choice. Staff are also provided two paid days off each year to volunteer in their communities.

Great Place To Work

Great Place to Work has been publishing national and global lists since 1988. The Great Place To Work Certification™ signifies workplace excellence and tells job seekers that the organization has an exemplary company culture. Certification is provided to organizations following feedback from staff. Provincial Credit Union received an 83% Trust Index score, well above the 60% Canadian standard.
